Massage Therapy
8 Hearts massage therapy sessions are customized specifically for you based on how you are feeling at the time of your treatment. Before the massage begins, your therapist will collaborate with you to determine what type of massage will be most beneficial, and they will answer any questions or concerns that you may have. During the massage, the pressure can be as deep or as light as you would like.
Swedish Relaxation & Wellness Massage
Renew, relax, and boost your immune system with this ancient form of healing. Classic Swedish massage therapy works along with the lymphatic, circulatory, and nervous systems of the body to help eliminate toxins, increase circulation, and enhance natural feelings of well-being. Wellness massage techniques include gliding along the skin with nourishing oils or lotion, kneading, deep circular movements, gentle vibration, and passive stretching. This treatment effectively relieves muscle soreness, and areas of tension melt away.

Deep-Tissue & Trigger Point Massage
This therapeutic style of massage incorporates deep breathing techniques and focused pressure to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Deep tissue techniques often incorporate the use of your therapist's knuckles, forearms, and elbows, expertly placed to achieve maximum depth and steady pressure. Trigger points and adhesions can manifest as sensitive areas within tight muscle fibers that are often formed after injuries or from overuse. Cross fiber friction and deep tissue bodywork can help to rehabilitate injuries more quickly and reduce or eliminate the pain associated with tight muscles.
